Traditional ways of selling residential real estate have their challenges, particularly when you are selling homes that don't exist. Apart from building a spec home, developers have no way of allowing buyers to experience what their potential new homes will feel like. With residential homes being such an emotional and large purchase, decisions by potential buyers can be made more efficiently.
Cruz Custom Homes was in the process of building a new multi-family development in the Bridgeland community, north of Calgary. They wanted to explore unique ways to show and pre-sell their upcoming units and to step away from the traditional approach of doing sales and marketing for residential real estate. Instead, we created an experience within the development stage for their perspective buyers.
